Network integration, network configuration (NNI / NTD/ONU experience fixed broadband/fibre). Data integration and segregation aspects, billing, etc. Applying industry frameworks such as SID, e-TOM, TAM, and ITIL to enhance solution designs and align with best practices. Ability to bridge between CIO (Applications/Systems) and CTO (Networks) in terms of solutioning and collaboration. Service assurance experience. Understanding of telecom architecture and solution design across BSS/OSS/Networks. Prior experience onboarding service providers onto networks. Experience managing onboarding processes along with integration aspects. Create detailed end-to-end solution design for development and implementation. Liaising and communicating with other component teams and e2e solution designers to discuss impact and dependencies.
