Tudor Farmhouse Hotel & Restaurant is a 20 bedroom boutique hotel in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, Gloucestershire. We have retained 2 AA Rosettes for the past 20 years. We source our produce within a 25 mile radius and utilise produce from our kitchen garden.
We are looking for a team player that can work well under pressure. The brigade is very passionate about producing their award-winning menus utilising locally sourced ingredients.
The Chef de Partie will work closely with the head chef and Sous chef in managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, assisting in menu planning and overseeing junior members of the team. This position would suit an experienced chef de partie looking for a fresh challenge, or a commis chef looking to make the next step.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 yearsβ previous experience within a quality establishment, preferably at 2 rosette level, with a keen passion to progress.
