My primary school is recruiting bright, ambitious people who hope to make teaching their career and want to gain experience before starting their training. They are a happy school with a proven successful track record of training beginning teachers. They are keen to share their ethos and values with the next generation of teaching professionals.
This is a great opportunity to join a school where you can learn from good and outstanding teachers and get an understanding of what is expected prior to entering into a teacher training programme. The school will provide appropriate support and sponsor successful candidates to undertake their teacher training whilst they continue to earn the following academic year. All their graduates over recent years who have continued this pathway have been successful in accessing a salaried based teacher training route following on from a year's experience as an assistant.
We are hoping to recruit graduates who either have school experience and are ready to start training, or need to gain school experience and plan to start training in September 2026.
