You will be responsible for processing the day-to-day accounting transactions with a view to taking on the preparation of the management accounts.
A Normal Day Would Include:
- Processing transactions – payments out of the bank and money in from customers
- Phoning and emailing customers asking when invoices will be paid
- Supporting the team in operational matters
- Exposure to all areas of the business due to small company size
- Developing skills to prepare management accounts
Guidance will be provided by a seasoned Finance Director to support your development in accounts. There is scope for progression with continued support for learning AAT and beyond.
