Curatorial FCPL have partnered with Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) to recruit for a Curatorial F (E01 Grade) to join their team on a temporary contract with possibility of extension.
- Pay Rate: Β£16.45 per/hr
- Location: DfC, PRONI - Public Services
- Benefits: 37 days holiday per annum
- Hours: 37 hours per week
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering tours of PRONI and welcoming group visits to the archive. This may require the candidate to work off site to participate in community engagement activities all over Northern Ireland.
- Creating and developing content for the PRONI YouTube channel and social media accounts.
- Assistance with the management of the PRONI website, writing content, updating and quality assuring the PRONI website on a regular basis.
- Assistance in the development of the revised PRONI website, preparing current webpages for transfer to a new system and ensuring that content is both accessible and user-friendly.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Criteria:
- At least a second-class honours degree in any discipline.
- AND
- At least one of the following:
- (i) A recognised post-graduate archival or records/information management qualification e.g Diploma in Archive Administration or an MA in Archive Administration or Records Management.
- OR
- (ii) At least 1 yearsβ experience in applying archival and/or records/information management principles, policies and practices.
