The Senior Change Manager will lead change management efforts across large-scale transformation initiatives. This role involves setting and applying consistent change management standards, ensuring that projects are delivered with optimal stakeholder alignment, business readiness, and sustainable adoption. This role requires extremely strong communication experience due to the sensitive nature of the changes. The individual will be responsible for managing the cumulative impact of multiple changes within a specific function or region, working to ensure coherence, minimised disruption, and effective benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on change management across complex, cross-functional digital initiatives.
  • Own and manage change plans at a functional and/or regional level, ensuring alignment across concurrent projects.
  • Define and embed a standardised change management framework, including tools and templates.
  • Evaluate change scale and impact to determine resource needs and prioritisation.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments and develop actionable, integrated change plans.
  • Establish stakeholder maps and coach key sponsors and leaders to drive change effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align change activities with overall delivery plans.
  • Govern adherence to change frameworks and support a network of change practitioners.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage resistance, and ensure organisational readiness for change.
  • Track and report meaningful metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of change management initiatives.
  • Continuously capture lessons learned to refine practices and build organisational change capability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Extensive experience in change management, preferably within technology-enabled business transformation.

  • Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, strategy, and agile working.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, coaching, leadership, and delivery focus in high-impact environments.
  • Skilled in evaluating and enhancing business readiness and adoption of change.
