Venari Legal are delighted once again to bring to the market a completely remote In House Employment Role. We are looking for a motivated and experienced solicitor to become part of a newly formed team to work with one of the UK’s most established and iconic brands.
The work involves management of volume employment tribunal litigation which will be exciting, challenging and engaging. It would be an ideal role for someone who enjoys and has strong employment tribunal experience. You will be working alongside a strong employment team as well as the client's own in-house legal function.
You will work as part of a team to deliver a first class service. This will include overseeing volume litigation predominantly consisting of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Through newly established ways of working, including an increased emphasis on technological solutions, you will be supported in taking full ownership for some key requirements and transactions for this client, giving you direct responsibility for core and high profile aspects.
Our approach is to create a safe environment by working collaboratively as part of a team whilst also encouraging team members to operate with a degree of independence. You will have the opportunity to support more junior team members and demonstrate best practice in effectively handling litigation. The department has a positive teamwork ethic and a first class client management approach.
