This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor looking to progress their career. This highly regarded East Sussex firm with an excellent reputation in the Sussex/Kent area and beyond are now looking to recruit a further residential property Solicitor at senior level to head up their residential property team.
About the Role
You will be tasked with assisting and progressively overseeing the management of the other lawyers of the property team while running your own caseload of HNW and MNW residential property transactions. The caseload includes:
- Sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Listed building legislation
- Sale & purchase of Country houses
- Mortgages
Candidate Requirements
