Highland Home Carers are looking for a Practice Support Technician to work as part of our Mid Highland Team in Invergordon. This role is supervisory and requires a full UK Driving Licence. If you are looking to progress into a supervisory role but don't have the experience, please get in touch.
You must have worked in a social care role, have your smartphone to access our operating system, Care Planning, and most importantly, want to work for one of the largest and only employee-owned care companies in the Highlands, where our people are at the heart of everything we do.

Job Purpose
To assist in the operational management in the Mid Highland service under the direction of the Service Manager.
Main Duties
- Support the Assistant Manager and Service Manager to ensure the service operates within the standards prescribed by national and local policy and practice.
- Devise and maintain supported persons files, care/support plans, and computerised records to ensure they are up to date.
- Liaise with NHS, other professionals, and outside agencies about referrals for people who need care/support.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with supported people, colleagues, and care/support workers within your area of practice.
