Our City of London-based investment management client is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator. This role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement – minimum of three days in the office each week.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing new business
- Servicing clients
- Managing TPA/TA/counterparty activities
- Undertaking all administrative duties e.g., opening and distributing post
- Monitoring receipt of stock and cash and associated reconciliations
- Maintaining client records
- Processing client money transactions
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience of working in investor/client services/IFA administration in a fund management, wealth management or customer/adviser facing role
- Team player with a positive, results orientated approach.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
