Your Role & Responsibilities
EF is searching for Activities & Events Coordinators to join us in summer 2025 at our summer school in Torquay. This role offers a great opportunity to boost your CV by gaining leadership and events experience while working within an international environment. You will collaborate with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional activities and events program to our international students, shaping their customer experience.
You will support a team of international Activity Leaders to plan and deliver activities and events ranging from small groups of 34 students to large events of over 1000 participants. Your role includes planning and delivering safe, fun activities that give students a taste of local culture and the opportunity to make new friends. Every day offers a different experience—from administrative tasks to culturally enriching city tours, to running themed murder mysteries dressed as your favourite film character! Roles run from June/July – August 2025.
Requirements
- Must be a team player who can lead confidently, be outgoing, and pay great attention to detail
- Passionate about customer service and delivering quality experiences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
- Legally able to work in the UK at the start of employment
- Possess a 'going above and beyond' mentality, eager to make a difference for students and staff
