At First City Nursing & Care, we’re proud to support individuals in their own homes—helping them live independently with dignity and respect. We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team across the Swindon area.

No experience? No problem—we provide full training. What matters most is your compassion, commitment, and drive to help others live independently.

Rate: £13.70/hour + 35p mileage

Areas Covered: Swindon (including West & North Swindon, Town Centre, Wroughton, Chiseldon, Highworth)

Driving licence and access to a vehicle required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support clients with daily routines in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, showering, continence)
  • Support mobility and administer medication
  • Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
  • Follow person-centred care plans to promote independence

Shifts Available:

  • Morning shift: 7:00am – 2:30pm
  • Evening shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
  • Flexible options: Full-time, Part-time, Weekends

What You’ll Need:

  • Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends
  • A caring nature and strong communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK
