Required in: London Depot (Hemel Hempstead). As a key influencer across the Lynch team, this role will help implement and embed the company vision and behaviours across all that we do.   • Redirecting calls to the appropriate department.
  • Responding to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Promoting clear and consistent communication.

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely high attention to detail with a passion for getting it right first time.
  • Strong communicator across all mediums in high-volume.

Education & Qualifications/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good telephone manner.
