Outwood Grange Academies Trust is on the lookout for an inspiring classroom practitioner to join our vibrant Performing Arts faculty at Outwood Academy Danum! If you're brimming with enthusiasm, have an excellent grasp of music and drama, and are committed to putting students first, we want to hear from you!

Outwood Academy Danum is seeking an outstanding Teacher of Music to work in our Performing Arts Faculty. The successful candidate will be joining a wonderful Performing Arts Department in Music where we offer OCR GCSE Music. Led by a head of faculty with over 15 years of experience, our staff receives unparalleled support and encouragement to evolve as practitioners. You'll have the creative freedom to shape your own schemes and contribute to planning processes ensuring our curriculum remains current and exhilarating for our learners.

You will be responsible for effective classroom management and the coordination of class work with any classroom support staff that are present. You must evaluate lessons and incorporate student views and responses to reflect and identify areas of development.

ECTs have access to a mentor within their department and are able to meet with them regularly. Applicants must hold UK QTS if trained overseas or be able to provide relevant evidence that your qualification equates to UK QTS.
