Motus Commercials located in Deeside is on the lookout for a dedicated Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in the Service department. This exciting new role will see you working 5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 16.30pm. Salary - Β£15,704.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Providing exceptional customer service using various forms of communication
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop
  • Liaise with the workshop to monitor vehicle progress
  • Scheduling services required for customers
  • To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
  • To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing

As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor at Motus Commercials in Deeside we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

  • An interest in motor vehicles is desirable
  • Enthusiasm, commitment, and confidence
  • Being highly motivated with an eye for detail
  • Driven by your own initiative
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to maintain positive relationships
  • Minimum grade C / 5 in English and Maths is preferred
