We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join us at a time of rapid growth at Cognisys.
Cognisys is a leading Cyber Security company specialising in Penetration Testing, GRC Consulting, and Managed Security services. About the Role
As our Marketing Manager here at Cognisys, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the business and our solutions. Your tasks will include, but won\’t be limited to: creating marketing campaigns, content marketing, analysing market trends, managing digital platforms, and collaborating with the broader business and partners to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing plan in line with the marketing strategy.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media ads.
- Provide management, mentorship and leadership to other members of the Marketing team
- Coordinate with other departments (particularly sales) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across channels.
- Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Liaise with external contractors for specialist PPC and outsourced elements as needed.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the company\’s objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and generate leads.
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring each is executed on time and within budget.
- Co-ordinate attendance and sponsorship at industry events, nationally and internationally
- Ensure continual brand development from a design perspective

Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of Marketing experience
- Proven experience in Design, Content Marketing, Brand Management, Website Management and Lead Generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft and create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions
- Knowledge of website management, content optimisation and email marketing platforms
- Proficient with design tools, like Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong eye for design
- Awareness of Marketing Automation and CRM tools (we use Hubspot)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- A strong problem solver with the appropriate skills to address challenges and optimise processes
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to execute marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively
