The Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sorter to join our busy team in Alperton Lane, Wembley. As a Sorter, your role will involve selecting, grading, and categorising donations of clothes, shoes, and accessories that will be sold in Traid shops. The sales generate essential funds for our global projects, making your work vital to our mission to change fashion for the better. Traid is a London living wage employer who loves to promote staff to senior positions from within.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully curate and sort donated clothes, shoes, and accessories according to quality and category.
- Process and achieve daily targets for textiles and products.
- Accurately record the quantity of goods sorted.
- Keep your workstation tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Perform additional tasks as required by your Line Manager.
