Whitehall Garden Centre is a family-run and award-winning business. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Restaurant Assistant at our Lacock branch, located in our Herb Garden.
About the Role
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for customer service, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Details
- Full Time: Working 4 days during the week and alternate weekends.
- Greet all customers and offer assistance.
- Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently.
- Ensure all food is stored and handled according to company standards.
- Clear tables quickly and maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the restaurant.
- Operate a till efficiently.
- Prepare and serve drinks to standard; barista experience is preferred.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
