My client, an engineering company based in Worcester (WR4) is looking to recruit a CNC Lathe operator on a long-term temp contract to cover maternity leave, between 9 and 12 months (There is a good chance this position could become permanent as the business continues to grow)This is a PM shift with a pay-rate of £15.30 hour with a 20% shift allowance to be addedThe hours required are Mon-Thus 1430-2330 and Friday 1430-1800The main requirements for the role include- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator – Flexible and adaptable to be able to complete all tasks with accuracy, and within fine tolerances- Proactive nature and keen to work within a small business and take responsible for the role- Experience with 3 AXIS CNC Lathe ideally- Experience of using Siemens 840D Controllers or similar would be preferred- Experience of precision components is highly desirableKeywords:CNC, LATHE, DMG, 3 AXIS, Siemens 840D
