A well-known, global fin-tech firm is seeking an articulate, dedicated, and solutions-focused EA to support an international CEO. Based in stunning offices in Victoria, this role is based five days in the office. As the right hand to the CEO, we are looking for someone who can work at a fast pace and has exceptional problem-solving skills. The company is currently experiencing growth, making this an exciting opportunity. The CEO has a strong vision for the company's future, and he needs an EA with experience in Fintech or a client-facing financial services environment at a senior level.
Core duties include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones.
- Partnering with the US-based Executive Assistant to ensure seamless global coordination.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members and senior leadership.
- Managing travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
- Preparing agendas, briefing documents, and meeting follow-ups; tracking action items.
- Handling confidential correspondence professionally and responsively.
Candidate requirements:
- Agile, proactive, and dynamic approach.
- Experience in FS or Fintech sectors.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Flexibility to multi-task and prioritize.
- Willingness to work out of hours when necessary.
