Key Details:

• Shift Pattern:4 on, 4 off
• Shift Length:10 hours per day
• Pay:£12.95 per hour (paid monthly)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional, visible security presence to residents and visitors
• Monitor and control access to the building
• Carry out regular patrols to ensure safety and security of all areas
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs
• Liaise with residents, management, and emergency services when needed
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Support concierge/front desk with basic assistance as required

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security GuardLicence(essential)
• Proven experience in residential or front-of-house security (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills for logging reports and incidents
