Location: Potters Bar

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Contract: ZERO Hours contract between 8am – 5pm – Monday to Friday

Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to help clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. We’ve helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that result from an accident caused by somebody else. We operate from a number of sites across the UK and are proud of the 200+ people in our team.

We need TFL PCO Drivers to deliver and collect licensed replacement vehicles from various locations in London. You will be responsible for completing rental documents with our client and ensuring that the vehicle is handed over to the correct person in a safe and secure way whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily check of car/runner
  • Driving safely to deliver/collect or swap hire vehicles
  • Ensuring accurate completion of all rental documents
  • Performing a vehicle damage check on all vehicles
  • Completing a daily timesheet logging all movements and times
  • Taking photos of client documents if necessary
  • Completing a driver checklist on all new hires and swaps
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ensuring appropriate PPE is worn whilst moving vehicles and on site
  • Transporting vehicles to and from test centres, dealerships or bodyshops where necessary
  • Ad Hoc Duties

About You:

  • TFL PCO License Holder – please note this is essential for the role. If you do not hold a valid PCO license your application will not be progressed.
  • Over the age of 25 years (for insurance reasons)
  • No more than 6 points on your driving licence – and limited to only SP/MW/PC/TS categories
  • A can-do self-starting approach to your day
