We are looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals who are a joy to be around. Someone who consistently thinks ahead about how they can make a difference to someone’s day, exceed expectations, and deliver 100% of what they promise—creating memorable experiences customers will want to share. You must be personable and engaging face-to-face, on the phone, and via video platforms. An ability to connect through social media would be advantageous to showcase even more personality at our dealership. Good written communication skills will also help you succeed in selling via email. Being organized and proactive is essential, as our customers expect and deserve this. Passion for our vehicles is important. We want you to inspire our customers to be passionate about them too.
A full clean UK driving licence is required so you can speak from experience about our products, and potentially specialise in areas where product knowledge is key. You will have opportunities to attend Product Familiarisation Seminars and receive both internal and external training. During training, your OTE is £35,000, with uncapped commission pay—so your earning potential is limitless; the more effort you put in, the more you can earn!
