Job Title: Senior Support Technician
Join our growing and friendly IT group in this exciting opportunity. The role is primarily field-based, involving installations and travel to our offices and customer sites. You will support our service desk and handle technical escalations, with opportunities to work alongside our professional services team on technical projects. The position also involves upskilling other support team members, promoting self-learning.
Location & Working Hours
Location: Mainly field-based, working out of Leeds office
Shifts: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm
Holidays: 23 days (excluding public holidays)
Reporting Line
Reports To: ITMS Operations Manager

Key Experience
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the following areas and at least 2 years of similar experience:
- Office365 – Security policies, Intune, Compliance, Azure, Exchange Online, EntraID
- Networking – VLANs, routing, NAT, ACL, firewalls (mainly SonicWall), hardware (mainly Unifi)
- Backups – best practices, monitoring, resolving failures
- Connectivity – line configuration and troubleshooting
- VOIP – configuring and maintaining VOIP solutions
- Full UK driving license with business insurance
- Knowledge of Linux
