We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students through practical and theoretical music education across KS3 and KS4. Starting September 2025.
Duties as a Music Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons that develop students’ skills in performance, composition, and music theory
- Encourage student participation in ensembles, choirs, and performances
- Use a range of teaching methods and technologies to cater for different learning styles
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of the music curriculum and extracurricular music opportunities
Ideal Music Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree in Music or a related field
- Proficiency in at least one musical instrument and experience with music technology
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A passion for fostering creativity and a love of music in students
