We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students through practical and theoretical music education across KS3 and KS4. Starting September 2025.

Duties as a Music Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging music lessons that develop students’ skills in performance, composition, and music theory
  • Encourage student participation in ensembles, choirs, and performances
  • Use a range of teaching methods and technologies to cater for different learning styles
  • Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the development of the music curriculum and extracurricular music opportunities

Ideal Music Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in Music or a related field
  • Proficiency in at least one musical instrument and experience with music technology
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A passion for fostering creativity and a love of music in students
