A leading global asset manager is looking to hire a Portfolio Analyst to join the Emerging Market Fixed Income team. This role will involve working with Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts to help optimise and implement investment ideas within portfolios across multiple strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Portfolio Managers with the day-to-day management of portfolios
- Implement trades across a wide range of strategies
- Conduct performance and risk analysis across portfolios and articulate risks to the wider team
- Produce weekly and monthly reports and conduct ad-hoc analysis for Portfolio Managers
- Participate in wider investment debate within the EM fixed income investment team
- Liaise with Trading, Operations and Risk & Performance teams
Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience on the buy-side or sell-side
- Demonstrable interest and understanding of fixed income markets
- Strong communication skills and a “can do” attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional team player
