What We Offer:

  • Compensation: Pay is $30 to $37/hour (post-training) + Bonuses. Pay increases based on performance, parent feedback, and commitment to our core values.

The Job:

  • Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
  • Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions.
  • Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
  • Use the expert-designed Soccer Shots curriculum to teach both soccer skills and character development.
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
  • Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Energetic, reliable and responsible.
  • Committed to safety.
  • No prior sports/coaching experience or college degree is required!
