What We Offer:
- Compensation: Pay is $30 to $37/hour (post-training) + Bonuses. Pay increases based on performance, parent feedback, and commitment to our core values.

The Job:
- Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
- Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions.
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
- Use the expert-designed Soccer Shots curriculum to teach both soccer skills and character development.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
- Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Energetic, reliable and responsible.
- Committed to safety.
- No prior sports/coaching experience or college degree is required!
