Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept it:

  • As our superstar breakfast chef, you will be responsible for making sure our upgraded breakfast is fully stocked at all times.
  • You already have previous experience in kitchens and you are a master at efficient prepping, whipping up tasty breakfast items, and keeping the positive breakfast vibes alive!
  • You make things happen and exceed expectations on a regular basis.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will take control of the breakfast service and make sure all guests receive a delicious & memorable breakfast.
  • Set up and break down the breakfast.
  • You will understand all details around daily specials, menu changes and special (dietary) needs of guests.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • Monitor incoming goods – such as supplies, ingredients and prefabricated foods.
  • You will maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • You will put away all deliverables in an organized and timely manner.
  • Monitor accurate execution of HACCP guidelines, fire safety policy and working conditions.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience in a similar role at a similar level kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
  • You are available during the mornings between the hours of 6:00 - 16:00.
  • You are legally allowed to work in the UK.
