Access have partnered with a small ecological consultancy with small-large scale projects in the UK, based in Banbury. After continued success and increasing demand, our client is searching for a Senior Ecologist who is motivated, ambitious, and passionate about delivering excellent projects. Our client has established themselves as a productive and respected consultancy in the UK market and plans continued growth in the coming years, with workload and projects increasing in recent years.
They are looking for someone who is able to manage and deliver medium scale commercial development projects, work on large scale projects with Principal ecologists, as well as manage teams and train more junior members of staff. The successful candidate will be a strong and clear communicator, capable of conversing with clients and stakeholders regarding projects.
The perfect candidate must have:
- GCN License + Dormouse or Bat Class 2 License
- Experience with Phase 1 Habitat Surveys + EPS mitigation license applications
- 4+ years experience working in an Ecological consultancy
- The right to live and work in the UK
- Full UK Drivers license
