Avante Home Care and Support provides domiciliary care across Kent, including Wateringbury, Gravesend, Tonbridge, Larkfield, Faversham, Sittingbourne, and the Isle of Sheppey. Rated ‘Good’ by CQC in March, we deliver high-quality care in clients\’ own homes, including:

• Providing companionship and supporting independence
• Personal care, including washing and dressing
• Assistance with medication
• Light household chores
• Meal preparation

Requirements:

Previous care experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided. We seek individuals who are:

• Kind, caring, and eager to make a difference
• Reliable and pride themselves on their work
• Flexible and able to work alternate weekends
• Available for our four-day introductory training program
• Possessing a driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
