Role Summary
We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our energetic telephony-based Scanning and Correspondence Team in Liverpool City Centre. As a well-established pension administrator supporting over 1.5 million customers across the UK, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service. You will be the first point of contact for our callers, discussing topics from pension scheme membership to retirement and beyond.
Full training will be provided to help you perform confidently and deliver exceptional customer service.
This role is not sales-related but includes realistic key performance indicators. Our working hours are on a rotational basis from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, supporting a healthy work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
- Maintaining high attention to detail
- Opening and sorting incoming post and packages
- Scanning documents into the work management system
- Completing outgoing post duties
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties such as returning documents or allocating work
- Operating post room technology (printers, scanners, enveloping machines) with problem-solving and resilience
- Working effectively alone and as part of a team
- Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
- Having GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
- Building good working relationships
- Residing in the UK for at least 5 years
