Location: Carlton Barnsley, S71 3HF – The home of Mr Kipling

Salary: £26,082.51 – £32,907.75

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (39.5 hours per week)

We have several full-time, permanent opportunities at our Barnsley site for Hygiene Operatives to join our team. As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for cleaning tasks and waste removal duties, including the use of cleaning chemicals and managing their dispensing and issuing.

Responsibilities:

• Follow site Health and Safety Policies, including hazard awareness.
• Carry out waste management duties, including emptying food and recycling bins.
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks, including high-level and confined space cleaning.
• Maintain and complete cleaning records.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand basic health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Good proficiency in Maths and English.
• Physical ability to perform all required duties.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.

Shift Pattern:

Days/Afters: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:06, Fridays 06:00-13:06 and Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:06, Fridays 13:00-20:06

Night shift: Sundays 23:00-06:06, Monday-Thursday 22:00-06:06
