HR Business Partner- Manchester- £60-70k plus benefits
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team, supporting the people agenda for a growing business across the UK. You will play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, driving key initiatives, and providing expert support on day-to-day HR operations.
This is a strategic role where you’ll collaborate with centers of excellence across Talent Development, Recruitment, Total Rewards, and HRIS, ensuring a world-class employee experience. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement people plans, manage complex employee relations cases, support talent and succession planning, and contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR business partnering within a fast-paced, matrix organisation. You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to manage complex employee relations, and expertise in the full HR lifecycle, including compensation and reward. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to present data at an executive level are also essential.
