What you’ll do:

  • Create print and online publications, including reports, posters, exhibition graphics, bulletins, and marketing materials.
  • Apply design principles to ensure consistency, quality, and usability while maintaining Thatcham Research’s brand identity.
  • Develop graphic design solutions for engineering projects, enhancing both commercial and business communications.
  • Work with stakeholders to refine designs and manage delivery timelines effectively.

What you’ll bring:

  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Art and Design, or a related field with a strong understanding of digital and print processes.
  • Solid background in a similar role, creating designs for various media, including print and online platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
  • Confidently juggle multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • A showcase of your creativity, originality, and attention to detail – be ready to share this at the interview stage!
  • Experience in photography, UI/UX, or web design standards and best practices is a plus.

Working hours: Standard hours are 8:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Friday at 8:30 - 15:45. We offer flexible working options to support work-life balance.

Work arrangement: Hybrid model – working from our Thatcham office at least two days per week.
