Trinity Medical Imaging is a specialist independent diagnostic centre dedicated to providing exceptional nuclear medicine and hybrid imaging services. Located in Sutton, South West London, we offer a high-quality, patient-focused service within a friendly and collaborative environment.
We are currently seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our motivated and enthusiastic team of technologists, radiographers, and radiologists. Both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable international candidates.
About the RoleYou will be working primarily on SPECT-CT imaging using our GE Discovery 670 Pro scanner, performing a wide range of general nuclear medicine procedures. In addition to nuclear medicine, we also provide DEXA and ultrasound services. Experience in DEXA scanning is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced Nuclear Medicine Consultants in a supportive setting where high-quality patient care is the top priority.
Candidate Requirements- Qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Radiographer with post-graduate experience in nuclear medicine
- Confident with general nuclear medicine techniques including SPECT-CT
- Accredited in IV cannulation
- Skilled in-patient care with a compassionate, calm and professional approach
- Experience with DEXA scanning is advantageous
- Carry out a wide range of general nuclear medicine and hybrid imaging procedures
- Operate the GE 670 Pro SPECT-CT scanner safely and accurately (training provided if required)
- Maintain clear and compliant records for the ordering, administration, and disposal of radiopharmaceuticals
- Collaborate with nuclear medicine consultants and clinical colleagues to provide the highest standard of care
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity and safety throughout all examinations
- £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and hours
- Full training on GE 670 Pro SPECT-CT scanner (GE experience preferred but not required)
- Training in our Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS
- Support for ongoing CPD, including access to nuclear medicine conferences, external courses, audits, and research projects
