Location: Our new Bolton Support Centre (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)

The Original Factory Shop has been serving local communities with great value and well-known brands for over 50 years. As we continue to evolve and innovate, we’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team at our new Bolton Support Centre.
This role is vital to maintaining and improving our business systems, interfaces, and databases. You’ll play a key part in ensuring system stability, driving efficiency through automation, and supporting teams across the business in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance core business systems, interfaces, and databases
- Manage system developments and enhancements to ensure smooth operations
- Design and deploy automation solutions to improve efficiency
- Provide support and training to end-users
- Work collaboratively across departments to resolve technical and operational challenges
- Offer occasional out-of-hours support when required
- Strong experience in business systems and relational databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and able to work cross-functionally
- Experience in retail or ecommerce (desirable but not essential)
- 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Day off on your birthday
