Business Systems Analyst

Location: Our new Bolton Support Centre (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)Contract: Full-Time

The Original Factory Shop has been serving local communities with great value and well-known brands for over 50 years. As we continue to evolve and innovate, we’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team at our new Bolton Support Centre.

This role is vital to maintaining and improving our business systems, interfaces, and databases. You’ll play a key part in ensuring system stability, driving efficiency through automation, and supporting teams across the business in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance core business systems, interfaces, and databases

• Manage system developments and enhancements to ensure smooth operations

• Design and deploy automation solutions to improve efficiency

• Provide support and training to end-users

• Work collaboratively across departments to resolve technical and operational challenges

• Offer occasional out-of-hours support when required

About You

• Strong experience in business systems and relational databases

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities

• Proactive and able to work cross-functionally

• Experience in retail or ecommerce (desirable but not essential)
