A newly created role is now open for a Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager – an opportunity suited to someone commercially minded, self-driven, and motivated by building something with real impact. This position offers the agility of a startup with the stability of a well-funded, growing business. The total compensation package is £40,000-£50,000 basic with up to a £55k OTE, with a flexible base/commission split, company car, private healthcare, 4% pension contribution, and 25 days of annual leave. The successful candidate will be home based with weekly travel into their London office, working within a collaborative team that values autonomy, initiative, and clarity over fluff.
