Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Leicester
Shift: Days – 06:00-18:00 working 4 on 4 off shift pattern or Nights – 18:00-06:00 working 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

About the Role:
As a key member of our Quality team, you will ensure that every product meets our rigorous standards for quality, safety, and compliance. From conducting analyses and audits to liaising with customers and driving continuous improvement projects, you\’ll play a pivotal role in delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor quality compliance across production lines.
- Conduct audits, traceability checks, and hygiene inspections.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene and HACCP certification.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Word and Excel.
