Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, enforce policies, standards, and training programs.
• Support the General Manager in developing top-performing team members.
• Demonstrate integrity, knowledge, and promote honeygrow’s culture and values.
• Perform all station functions and oversee daily administrative tasks.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and food safety compliance.
• Supervise shifts and maintain facilities standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to meet restaurant scheduling needs.
• Strong food prep experience; ServSafe certification preferred.
• At least one year of restaurant experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good vision and dexterity for handling kitchen equipment.
