The Role

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from interviewing candidates to submitting CVs and placing them in roles
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, contributing to an extensive database
• Work on a hot desk with active leads, jobs, and candidates, providing a strong start

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Keen to succeed
• Experience in recruitment or a fast-paced sales/customer service environment
