Job Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global leader in technology communications, currently undergoing a major organisational transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Organisation Design professional to play a key role in shaping future structures during a high-profile integration project.
Daily Rate: £650 per day (inside IR35)
Location: London Speechmark or Newbury (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office per week)
Contract Length: 3 months (with potential to extend or become permanent)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of interim and future-state organisational structures aligned with strategic objectives.
- Deliver full-cycle OD solutions, from design through to implementation and change management.
- Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to shape and challenge organisation designs.
- Apply OD methodologies and tools to address complex operating model challenges.
- Maintain oversight of OD initiatives and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
- Work closely with People Analytics teams to leverage data-driven insights.
- Coach and support leaders through organisational change and transformation.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in Organisation Design within large, complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of OD tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a data-informed approach.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
