Key Responsibilities:

• Cashew Kernel Sales & Market Expansion:

• Drive sales of cashew kernels into the UK and European markets (mandatory), with preferred experience in the USA market.
• Leverage existing customer and broker networks to expand Torq’s market presence.

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships for consistent business growth.
• Develop and manage a network of brokers and buyers across target regions.

• Bring an active sales order book upon joining, to be discussed during interviews.
• Identify and pursue opportunities aligned with Torq’s infrastructure in Nigeria, Senegal, and Ivory Coast.

• Analyze and present global and European supply & demand trends in the cashew industry to senior management.
• Stay updated on market fluctuations, pricing trends, and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

• Collaborate internally for seamless trade execution, logistics, and financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations for international trade.
