Driver\'s Helper

As a Driver’s Helper, you will travel within MA, RI, CT, NH, ME to unload and deliver windows, doors, kitchens, stairs, and related products to our customers, while adhering to safety policies and regulations. Top-notch customer service skills are essential!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist the driver upon arrival to ensure a safe environment for unloading.
• Inspect products for quality, quantity, size, style, and color at the delivery location.
• Report damaged materials to the driver.
• Assist in daily truck cleanup.
• Maintain a positive company image and thank customers at each delivery.
• Support other tasks in shops or warehouses as needed to support team operations.

Required Education & Experience

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of millwork products is helpful.
• Material handling experience is helpful.
• Forklift certification (if required).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Extended work hours as needed.

Physical Demands

• Must lift 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to drive, sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, lift/carry, read, see, and hear.
