We are proud to be the most respected name in the industry, built on integrity, trust, and outstanding client service. As well as being an established business, we are dynamic and have seen continual growth year on year, and are now looking for two exceptional Loss Assessors to join our expanding team.

About the Role

As a Loss Assessor with Morgan Clark, you’ll manage both residential and commercial property claims. This is a home-based role, with the support of a dedicated back-office team. You'll have autonomy over your caseload while being part of a collaborative and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers, to promote customer satisfaction throughout every stage of the claim.
  • Providing efficient, customer-focused and cost-effective service by managing claims from instruction to completion.
  • You will be investigating and assessing residential and commercial property claims up to £1m.
  • You will be responsible for full reports on each visit and diary management, dealing with your own caseload.

What We’re Looking For

  • CILA or CII qualified (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage a large and varied caseload independently
  • Excellent client relationship skills and a calm, professional manner

  • Methodical, conscientious, and adaptable — especially during surge periods
