Position: Full-Time Elementary Music Teacher

Qualifications:

• Valid State of Michigan teaching certificate for elementary music
• Ability to work with elementary students in choral and introductory instrumental music
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive classroom environment for all students
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons supporting diverse learners
• Collaborate with fellow teachers
• Organize and lead musical performances for the school community
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development

• Location: Ingham, United Kingdom
• Start Date: August 2024
• Salary: Up to Step 8 on WEA salary schedule, plus a $1,000 bonus in June 2025
