E-commerce Specialist

Are you digitally savvy with a passion for online retail? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Ecommerce Specialist to join a growing team at beautiful studio-style offices in Poole.In this exciting, full-time role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising ecommerce platforms—ensuring product listings are flawless, online sales run smoothly, and our customers have a seamless digital shopping experience.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing product listings across ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify etc.)
• Writing engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions and uploading imagery
• Monitoring online stock levels, pricing accuracy, and promotional updates
• Analysing online sales and traffic to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinating with customer service, marketing, and warehouse teams to support campaigns and fulfilment
• Assisting with the planning and execution of ecommerce promotions and product launches

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an ecommerce or digital retail environment
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital merchandising
• Excellent attention to detail and a flair for writing product copy
• Analytical mindset with confidence using tools like Google Analytics or Excel
• A self-starter who’s organised, proactive, and team-oriented

What We Offer:

• £35,000 per annum salary
