Head of FP&A | c.£70,000 – £80,000 | Leigh | High Growth SME Axon Moore is delighted to be working with a new client in Leigh, a high growth SME who need to build a new FP&A department to help them prepare for future exit options. This is simple but fast-paced business with different services and products. They're quickly expandind and continue to bolt-on new warehouses and product lines servicing the the UK. I am working with the CFO to find a Head of FP&A for the business. Someone who can enter at a senior level and work with autonomy to build a best-in-class department. The main mandate of the role is to build a business model for the group with a fully integrated balance sheet, P&L and cash-flow model. Beyond this, the Head of FP&A will be heavily involded in commercial analysis, helping steer the operational side of the business over the next 2-3 years. The main pre-requisites are:

A fully qualified candidate (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong financial modelling experience
Stron commercial acumen
