About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Talent Sourcer to join our growing talent acquisition management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to kick-start their career in capital markets and investment banking recruitment. You’ll be responsible for supporting candidate sourcing efforts across various roles, helping to build strong talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
- A completed undergraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; an additional language is a plus
- A confident and proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- A customer-service mindset with a strong understanding of stakeholder management
- A keen interest in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with sourcing and identifying talent for a range of open and prospective roles
- Screen profiles and manage candidate pipelines
- Support recruitment admin, operations and documentation
- Learn about the markets we recruit in and build an understanding of candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
- Contribute to candidate engagement and talent acquisition initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Recent Undergraduate / Final Semester Students
- Relevant focus of study (Management, HR, etc)
- Some experience of Customer Service Industry (working in retail, hospitality, fast-food)
- British Citizen / ILR / Pre-settled Status
- Fluent/Native to English Language (bonus to have an additional language)
- Personality Traits: Strong Communication; both written and oral, Positive outlook, Proactive, Friendly, Emotional Intelligence, Collaboration, Eagerness to Learn
