The Role
- With training delivered by our Directors, you\’ll be taught your specialism and it\’s geography. You\’ll be given targets to earn your rewards.
- You will be required to call candidates & clients with the aims of finding the perfect match.
- You’ll be expected to headhunt, generate leads and build key relationships with candidates and clients.
- You will receive weekly and monthly targets, as well as clear promotion criteria – you just need to bring the energy and the drive to succeed.
