Job Description:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times.
- Conduct patrols and hazard reporting as required.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies.
- Complete all necessary reports according to company documentation.
- Manage access / egress control.
- Monitor alarms & CCTV systems.
- Handle key holding responsibilities.
- Control and monitor access to car parks.
- Follow policies and procedures consistently.
- Manage refuse and maintain site tidiness.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
- Be polite, helpful, and diligent with a βcan doβ attitude.
- Maintain a calm demeanor to handle difficult situations.
